- Up to two reasonable design revision rounds are included during the approval stage.
- One admin training session will be provided after the portal is completed.
- Three months of technical support for bugs in delivered functions is included after launch.
- New functions, mobile apps, payment gateways, subscriptions, broker commissions, chat systems or verification services are outside this scope.
- Property ownership, legal status and customer-submitted information must be verified by the client; the website itself does not certify a property.
- The client will provide legal policies, business registration details, listing content and authorization to publish property information.
- This proposal is valid for 15 days from the proposal date.
